Data Deletion Request

Project Lens respects your privacy and data rights. You can request deletion of your personal user data or your entire account including all associated users.

Note: An Account can have multiple Users. If you're an Admin, you can delete the entire account. Otherwise, you can only delete your personal user data.

User vs Account

How to Request Data Deletion

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I recover my data after deletion?

No, data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We recommend exporting any important data before requesting deletion.

What's the difference between User and Account deletion?

User deletion removes only your personal data and access. Account deletion removes the entire organization including all users, projects, and settings. Only Admins can delete accounts.

What about shared projects?

For user deletion, content you created will be anonymized but projects remain. For account deletion, all projects are permanently removed.

Will I receive a refund?
